Looks of the Oscars 2014

Good Monday morning, Glamorous Ones!  I love awards season.  I love movies!  I love fashion.  I love the Oscars.  Here's my list of the good, bad, not so great and the ugly.

Best Dressed hands down for me is Kate Hudson in Atelier Versace.  This is STUNNING!  She always SLAYS it!

Cate Blanchett can do no wrong in my book.  She is one of my style icons.  Last night she wore a shimmering nude, Giorgio Armani gown.  Although, I wish she would have worn more color, the dress is a win.

I adored this Givenchy Haute Couture dress on Julia Roberts.  I'm not a huge fan of black, but I actually thought it was one of the more interesting of the night.

Where do I start with Lupita.  Her first awards season and she came out with a BANG to every single event.  Last night she wore a custom Prada in Nairobi blue. Really???! Who is her stylist?  They deserve their own award!

Sandra is one of those women to me that gets better with age.  Wow in this navy, Alexander McQueen.

I think I need Kelly Osbourne's dress by Badgley Mischka!  It's so delicate and pretty.
Looking really good boo!

I really wasn't sure how to categorize Kerry Washington in this Jason Wu dress. At first I didn't like the dress, then I liked it. She's not one of my best dressed but the hair and makeup
are a YES HUNTY!

Hmmmm, Jennifer's Christian Dior dress didn't excite me much.  Eventhough it was one of the brighter colors of the evening, it was a snoozefest in my opinion.  She could have done so much more?

Angelina's Elie Saab dress was stunning, but personally I think it would have looked better on someone else.  Perhaps one with more weight? Do some of these stars not believe in eating?

One of the women on my worst dressed list goes to Chrissy Teigen in Monique Lhuillier.  What is this?  These gowns with pockets were so circa 2010, no? Not a fan of the print either.

Viola has been so stunning in years past.  We all remembered when she debuted her natural hair on the red carpet a few years back.  I don't know, something about this look ages her. She's wearing a dress by Escada.

No words for Liza...

The most interesting of the night goes to Pharrell Williams in this Lanvin Bermuda Tux.  Hmmmmm, okay.  Haven't seen this before.

There were so many handsome men last night (can we give Jared Leto a YUMMMM), but I could not help think to myself when did funny man Jason Sudekis become sexy??  Wowsers!

That's all folks.  Can't wait to hear what Joan Rivers and the crew have to say on Fashion Police tonight.  Let's see if we're in agreeance.  See ya next year!
